Sikhs

Mind convinces you with all you know
History, traditions, information, practice
Still you miss something which is left
After knowing Him you need nothing more

You feel you have come to school as a teacher
Wearing uniform of a disciplined pupil
You are expert of a subject and differ from all
And wish to be chosen as a head master

Your knowledge is partly not total
His knowledge is total in all parts
Let we be with that part within us
Who is always ready to learn the truth

Five beloved are initiated first as Sikhs
Then Guru turns toward them and joins
They enliven together the path of truth, where
Disciple, Guru, even pictures of God disappear
